“Our experience with TIMCO Construction Inc. was exceptional!
Prior to selecting a contractor, I did extensive research by contacting quite a few contractors to see who would be willing to come to our home for a “free” quote on the repairs. More specifically, our home is a two story with a Turrent (Tower) on the roof. The exterior fascia on the tower was beginning to show dry rot that was visible to the eye. TIMCO was one of the contractors I contacted. My initial conversations were with Shelby, she was pleasant and helpful in scheduling an appointment within days. Upon arrival, I had the opportunity to meet Shelby and the owner (TIM). My first impression was that they both were friendly. I was impressed with the confidence Tim portrayed while talking about the different types of material they would need to complete the repairs to perfection.

Needless to say, we offered the job to TIMCO and they accepted. Shelby scheduled an appointment for the repairs within a week. The contractors (Angel Jose and Jesus) arrived on time and ready to work. They were also friendly and professional. They did an excellent job in removing, installing and hauling away the debris from the old tower. They even painted the “new” tower to match the trim on our home. It looks very good!

My husband and I are very happy with the end product and the services we received from TIMCO and his staff. We highly recommend TIMCO Construction Inc. and would definitely use this company in the future, if needed.”
